Isaac & Jessie

Isaac and Jessie met on Hinge right before the pandemic and had such a fabulous time getting to know each other that when the world shutdown, they couldn't stand the thought of not seeing each other so they moved in together. Things could've gone very wrong but they compliment each other so well that the move was almost seamless, as if they had known each other their entire lifetimes. In their relationship, Isaac brings a steady, calm presence while Jessie brings her bubbly personality to the mix.

After photographing their proposal in late summer, we discussed several options for their engagement portraits and decided on a magazine editorial style session that would take place in some of their favorite spots in the city, including the iconic Wrigley Building, the Riverwalk, their old neighborhood in Lincoln Park, and their favorite takeout spot, The Willow Room. They're planning an amazing summer '24 wedding and I can't wait to document it all!
